Return & Refund Policy – Every Need
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Include photos of the item and packaging. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
