Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Times

We work with international suppliers and shipping times vary depending on your location:

 

  • USA, Canada, UK, Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Australia, New Zealand: 10–20 business days

  • Other countries: 10–30 business days

 


Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors beyond our control (such as customs or shipping delays).


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. In many cases, we offer free shipping on selected items or during special promotions.


Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for the tracking information to update.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at everyneed717@gmail.com and we will assist you as best we can. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal services, but we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Every Need is not responsible for delays due to customs.
